Valuing our Multi-Generational Workplace

Make plans to attend the WEDC Program hosted by the Mentoring Committee on Valuing our Multi-Generational Workplace.

We will hold group discussions at the tables with no formal speaker. The topic for discussion will be, "Valuing our Multi-Generational Workplace". We will have a positive-focused discussion identifying the talents and strengths each generation brings to the workplace, and ask for people to share positive stories of how the blending of generations enhances the workplace.
