Dr. Liz Worthey is a world-renowned scientist who speaks around the world, sharing her expertise in genomics, rare diseases, and technology. She is passionate about mentoring and promoting girls in STEM, narrowing the gender gap in science and tech fields, and advancing the practice of medicine through genomics. Liz received her PhD in genetics from Imperial College, London, and has been recognized for many awards. Her work has led to amazing stories, one of the most celebrated being the story chronicled in the Pulitzer Prize winning novel, "One in a Billion: The Story of Nic Volker and the Dawn of Genomic Medicine." Her team's work inspired the establishment of the first genomic clinic in the world here in Huntsville. 

All reservations must be made online. Members, please log in using your username & password when registering. Your payment must be and paid through www.paypal.com.  There is no registration or payment mechanism at event.
